For everyone who is wanting a good massage to use in their breast enhancement program, the chi massage is supposed to be the best.
But there may be some confusion on how it is properly done. I bought the E-book called Flat2Fab breast enlargement program and I believe that she explains how to do it incorrectly. She draws some pictures and then her directions complete contradict the pictures!
How to do the CHI massage:
1.) place your right hand on your right breast and left hand
on your left breast.
2.) spreading fingers as far apart as possible to cover the
intire area of each breast, rotate your hands while
trying to move your breasts beneath your hands (instead
of just sliding your hands across them).
3.) for LARGER breasts you have to rotate your right hand in
a counter-clockwise motion and rotate your left hand
in a clockwise motion.
4.) to DECREASE the breasts or one side you simply rotate each
hand and breast in the opposite direction I mentioned
above.
Some people may read her book and only go by the directions and do it the wrong way, which is what I did until I asked Michelle how the proper way was.
Just wanted to clarify - are the directions above, the right or wrong way to do CHI massage - eg. left hand clockwise, right hand anti-clockwise? Thanx
Thanks for your reply - goodness only knows where we would be without informative, helpful people like yourself and others on this forum. Please keep up the good work - Donna
I massage for 3-5 min 2-3x/daily. I have some reflexology books that I refreshed myself with, and one of their recommended breast massage techniques is to take each hand below the breast, with full flat palms, and slide slowly and firmly over your breast, making a cupping motion over your breast as you do. I also do the inward rotating movement around the breasts. And thirdly, I drag my open hand from my side/back area of my opposite breast, until I reach the nipple area.
