Girls, I really need help, I can't find to buy cayenne ANYWHERE in my country, in ANY form. I can't get it from on-line stores, either because shipping or payment opptions aren't available to me. Would someone be willing to buy some cayenne and ship it to me? I will pay for everything of course, the easiest would be for me to do a bank transfer to the kind person's account, mail you the receit, whatever's necessary.
Thanx so much to Alcest who offered in another topic. @Alcest/the person who would be willing to help me - I need to know where you live as to have an idea of the shipping charge (I'm in Europe), which brand of the herb you would be able to buy there and approximately how much it costs. If someone is per chance using the Swanson's cayenne product, I'd particulary be happy to get my hands on that one, cause I know it's good quality. Thank you in advance, the help would really be appreciated!

Have you tried www.amazon.com? I'm not sure if they deliver to your country, but it's worth a try, right?
That's where I bought my cayenne powder from, 90,000 HU's. I think I'm going to add just a pinch of it to a glass of water(8 oz.)twice daily. Maybe three times a day.
I bought two bags and still waiting on their arrival, but if you need a bag of the powder shipped to you I would gladly do it. Let me know if amazon works for you.
Oh by the way, I'm in the U.S. (California)

Moon are you the one who said you had a sensitive stomache?
If you are, you might not even want to do cayenne. I don't think I have a particularly sensitive stomache, but sometimes when I take it it makes me feel very nauseous for about 15 minutes after, and things like that.
Sorry if it wasn't you who said that, I just don't want you to spend all this money and time trying to find cayenne and then have it harm you.

Thank you girls who offered, I sent you all emails. :)
@Jelly - The lady at the grocery store stared at me when I asked for cayenne in power, lol.
@Alcest - I actually don't think I have a sensitive stomack, I can eat spicy food, I'm never nauseous much, I only have increased gastric acid production. I think it may not have to do one with the oher, I hope at least.

Hello Laura. I am not in the UK, I don't entirely understand your question. Are you offering to send me the herb, or asking if I had tried it and found it good? I have never took cayenne, so I can't tell.
By the way, if anyone reads this thread, how does one take cayenne in poweder form??? Wouldn't that burn the hell out of your mouth, lol?

Cayenne is just dried and ground chilli peppers.
I've been cooking and eating chilli con quorn (at least twice a week) for the past 3 months and it has made a huge difference to circulation. Lol, when I look back on previous pics, I looked more like a corpse than an alive person. My skin is now pink and healthy looking all over.
I make my chilli with quorn instead of meat. Quorn is a high form of protein. Kidney beans are rich in iron and protein. The red and green peppers are full of vit C and other nutrients. Tomatoes are a magical food with excellent properties......read on - http://www.holistic-online.com/Herbal-Med/_Herbs/h_tomato-healing-benefits.htm
Fresh chillis is cayenne before it is dried and ground. I find it more effective. I add lots of them!!
So asides from being very tasty, it is a good meal for NBE.

*Mouth waters for some homemade vegetarian chili*
You have inspired me faerycat. I am going to make some this weekend! It's probably better on your stomache anyway to eat cayenne dissolved in soup rather than a whole bunch of it in a capsule. Hopefully I can find chilis around here as well.

I bought a cayenne finally, but it really doesn't burn that much. I mean it is spicy, but I put a pinch into lemonade and it's not hard to drink it at all, I can hardly feel it. Do I hav the right cayenne?? 8|
