I'd really like your comments. To be honest, I can't see much change when looking at the girls on the pics. But looking down at them from where my head is (!!!), they do seem a fair bit bigger - especially the one on my left.

It's kinda hard to tell due to the slightly different angles of the pictures, but they do look bigger, fatter, than the first picture.

To me they look the biggest and plumper in the picture right after using the suction device (I assume that is what the rings are from?). How long after you stop do you retain the swelling? Anyway, you asked for honest opinions, and that's mine. Good luck to you!

To be honest, I don't use the pump anymore. The breasts look fantastic while it's on but, once you take it off, they just return to the normal size. I think you'd have to use it for ours, like Brava, for long-term results from it and I haven't got the patience for that.

My boobs always feel much more full during and after a massage. I'm going to complete the Natureday course and, if there's no real progress, ask for a refund and then start on the single herbs.

I can see a slight difference between your first and last pic. Keep it up and that A cup will be yours. Hey, I noticed you don't have your program posted. I know you have said you are using Natureday, but it might be nice if you had an official program. I am sure there are some other guys lurking who are too shy to post. It would probably help them a lot to know how you are getting your results.

You're right, I have no program. I didn't think it was necessary as I'm just taking Natureday and massaging - but I might pop one up soon.

I am growing a little, aren't I?! I've just massaged and can definitely see more pumpness down there - but I don't think the pics do them justice!

Mind you, Santa's been asked to get me a new digital camera tomorrow, so hopefully I can get some better pics instead of relying on a dodgy old webcam!!!

Twinklepose, since you're a man, don't you think you should do something to lower your testosterone level? Testosterone is the number one enemy of estrogen--they're polar opposites. Having a man's level of testosterone can literally make growing boobs impossible. Men produce tons more of this hormone than women do, so I think you should probably do a lot of research finding ways to lower testosterone.

Yes, I realise this. If anyone has any ideas on how to lower testosterone, short of the hacking the chaps off, I'd love to hear it!

Seriously, I thought the herbs in Natureday were useful in lowering testosterone. Can anyone recommend any further reading or herbs in particular? I certainly don't want to go on HRT, although I may if I absolutely have to. :-(

I know the program isn't too popular on these boards, but the book may contain valuable information you may want since you're surrounded by women here with totally different needs than you do. moon usually knows more about this than i do (especially because im on bo...) but i think saw palmetto is supposed to help convert testosterone and generally lower the testosterone levels... thats why its used for prostate health...

Hi twinklepose, we haven't really met before, and I have been away, still not really back yet, but thought I could give you my little piece of wisdom here.
Both Saw Palmetto and Nettle root inhibit testosterone and are used for prostate health. You could take either, Nettle root has worked way better for me than the SP and SP can cause weight gain too, so if you want to lose it the Netlle would be better.
I am not sure how much is safe to take for a man with healthy testosterone levels, so I would try a low dose at first, you don't want to damage your overall health.
That is about it, it is all about trial and error but you sound like you are on a good road to those AA's already, so good luck on your boobie journey.
As for the pics, your pose is different on most of them, sometimes you are slumped a bit over, other times very straight in your back, that does make a difference in how big they look. I think I can see a difference but if in future you try to stand straight all the time it may be easier to tell.

Emmie is correct on SP, BUT it's very different in men and women. Honestly I have no idea how exactly SP works in men, only that it promotes prostate health, balances hormones etc. I don't think it can cause boob growth, or that would be recorded at men taking it for the mentioned reasons and SP actually has been studied and researched in connection with prostate health. Men have a lot more testosterone than women (about 20 times) and analogus to that, they must also have a lot less aromatase. I assume introducing aromataze could do the trick. But I have no idea if that wouldn't cause some nasty side effects and conscequences, nor how to enhance the synthesis or aromatase in the body. Heh, it's not possible to get it in a pill and swallow it either. I dunno Twink, try googling to find out how to get rid of testosterone. What do they give the men who undergo sex change operatin? I think you could have a shot with trying strong estrogenic herbs, like fenugreek, basiclly go on a routine like we do. But for good chances of success you would have to find a way to get rid of testosterone. Good luck!

The main ingredients are saw palmetto, fennel, fenugreek, dong quai and blessed thistle.

Like I say, I'll finish the course first - but then I think I may try the Flat to Fem program. Wish I had a copy! I have Flat to Fab but it's no use because a lot of it is about menstrual cycles!

Hi there, I know that BO is controversial, but BB seems to have a high success rate with men. They even have their own forum at www.transfemme.com. Bountiful Breast is their product for women, and Transfemme is the product for men. While doing my research, reading about how the men really did grow breast sold me. I believe that the two products are the same, but not 100% sure.

I remembered that you said somewhere on a post that you wanted your nipples to get bigger. If you read thier FAQ page, they say that men report going from dime sized nipples to half-dollar sized.

If you ever do consider this route, read their information carefully, it appears to change more than just your breast to be more feminine. They are pretty good at answering questions online also.

sissy is right... when i was looking at different bo options i saw all of the male responses on the bountiful website. it is part of what convinced me, because i had SO many problems growing on herbs that i said "well if this stuff can make them grow, it will probably work for me..." though of course then i went generic.

i would be willing to bet, manyquestions, that sensitivity will increase. particularly with the massages and such... do you find that you smell of maple syrup massaging directly with the fenugreek??

I looked at Bountiful Breast and Transfemme. I'm pretty sure they are the same thing because the same testimonials are on both sites. I emailed to ask if they were the same but got no reply.

Again, I'm put off by what it says here:

Many Questions, my nipples have always been pretty sensitive anyway. I wouldn't say the sensitivity has increased, no. It's about the same.

I asked loads of questions of Natureday before I began this and was assured there was no risk.

It even states on the website: "Because of the increased natural hormones made by your body, using fulfillment, males will recieve longer orgasms and an overall stronger libido."

I've had no problems - although I've only been at this for two months. If I did begin to have problems "down there", I'd stop the pills imediately - but don't think this will happen.
