programs page

most people check out the pics and the personal programs page and see who has had some growth that has statistics similar to theirs (height, weight, kids or no kids, etc) and then base a program off of that persons program...

hormone balance is getting to be a big deal... but im pretty clueless there... organic angel and a few others may be able to help out. search that on this forum and see what you come up with. newbies page has a ton of info...

there is a lot of info to start... dont get intimidated! youll get it! but start snooping around the pics and the programs and you will get an idea...

On the main menu there is a link called "Newbies start here" that gives you the basic info on the herbs and a general guideline on dosages and generally on how to start, it really is worth a read.

The main thing with taking single herbs is introducing one at a time so you know you aren't allergic, ramping up one pill a day until you reach a low dosage to start with for each herb. You then keep those dosages for 1-2 months and watch out for any signs of growth like pains and tingles or them actually starting to feel bigger. It takes time to figure out a routine that works and often a lot of tweaking with dosages is involved, and even if you found a routine that works, it still takes time for those boobies to grow :-).

If you want it simple wonderup has gotten quite good reviews and the price works out about the same as single herb routines, some cost a little less, some a little more, depending on how many single herbs you take. That definitely is an option though if you feel it is compliacted to make your own routine. It isn't that simple and really does take a lot of effort, it is just nice being able to control how much of what you take, and when you find the right mix that works for you it is just a treat. :-)
Hope this helps and you can always ask for adivce on a routine once you have decided on the basic herbs you want to take we can help you out with starting dosages.
