I havne't decided what to do yet as far as should I do the herbs, or go with a program like wonderup, (still researching it all). But, I thought I could at least buy some cocoa butter and start massages in the meantime... is this a good idea? Was thinking of putting a heat pad there for a while too every day, has anyone tried this? idk an idea I guess, I'm kinda lost...lol

Oh just thought of another question.... I'm 42, 5'3, 130-135 pounds (fluctuates)... unfortunately my metabolisiam isn't as good as it used to be when i was younger and for the past couple years I really have to watch what I eat because it goes straight to my middle (never had to worry about that before :::sniff sniff:::)... are any of these herbs been known to cause more weight gain? And what about our metabolism, does that play any part in the bust increase... also I'm planning on joining curves for women in a couple weeks, is there a plan for working out and being on a program, herbs or whatever?
Sorry for all the questions... been reading a lot lately, you girls are very helpful, thank you!

hi!

there are alot of ladies doing the cocoa butter massages, heat before and after massaging helps with absorption. i think (not sure, help, ladies!) fenugreek causes weight gain, u can substitute with fennel. fast metabolism interferes with absorption of herbs, so a slower metabolism is a good thing for nbe. i wouldnt recommend too much cardio during the week as that could interfere with nbe. thats all i can think of. check out the personal programs page, the link to it is on the main index page!

Thanks Diana! Good to know that I can substitute Fenugreek with something else, it doesn't take much for me to put on weight anymore :(
The only problem is I think I need to do cardio or something every week to get rid of the middle I have now (I hate it so much). I fit into a size 10, but sure would like to be a size 8 again at least. Is there anyone who works out and also does NBA? Like maybe not cardio, but resistance training, and I know I read someone does Palates...
gosh it'd be awesome if I'd had bigger boobies and a thinner waist than I have now, especially being a single girl gonna look for a man when i'm done with school... hehe

Hi Mary,
You may get more out of resistance training than cardio right now doing NBE. If you succeed with cardio, then you reduce your overall body fat and that can lower your NBE results. Resistance training increases muscle, which raises your metabolism. This method will also reduce your body fat, but it also tones the muscles, leading to an overall improvement in body shape. You will need to reduce your fat less if you enhance your muscles and that will leave you more fat to use for NBE.

I teach exercise 5 days a week for hours a day. I do resistance training 1 - 2 times a week as well. My body fat ranges from the 18 to 20% range which is enough for NBE. Watch out for weight gain around the belly and on hips and thighs. This is the kind of fat that is associated with estrogen dominance. If you are out of balance in your hormones then you can exercise all you want and you won't lose the fat in those areas, just in areas you want to keep it (boobs).

This is not to say that cardio can't and shouldn't be a part of your exercise program. 30 minutes three times a week of something that raises your heartbeat to 120 -150 beats (for most) will keep your heart healthy. After all, once you get those big boobs, you want to stick around for a while to show them off.... lol.

Best wishes,
waxingmoon
