Is there any chance that any of you know if fennel teas or just teas with boobie-helping herbs can be found at a regular supermarket? I live in the U.S, so some good supermarkets would be like Shoprite or Pathmark or anything of the like. I know that I can buy these on the internet, but I don't really like giving my credit card info or anything like that. Besides, it's just simpler to go to a store for me. So. . .anybody know?
I think it was Miss Monet who mentioned that she was using a tea to help women lactate that has a lot of NBE herbs, so maybe she can help you. Also, you can always buy the loose herbs and make a tea with that. Go to the herbs and spices section of your supermarket and look for fennel, fenugreek, etc. If you happen to have any middle-eastern markets near you, there is a really good brand called Sadaf that has tons of different herbs in bags, and I usually just buy those to make teas. Good luck!
I know Mother Earth has some teas in a bag like fenugreek and fennel. Also I think possibly they might have it loose but I prefer it bagged since it's easier for me that way. I have to say however I think they best deal would be on green bush and you could feel safe that way on trusted sites. They have like 100 tea bags for 10 bucks plus I got it when they offered free shipping but if I buy it in store its like 20-24 bags for 5 bucks. And online they have it in the bags too in a mix called bustea. But otherwise id try a healthfood store because I doubt they have it in grocery stores. Maybe ethnic indian stores though.
I got my herbal teas at Henry's Farmer's Market (or Wild Oats Market... they're the same company) as well as this local vitamin store called Vitamin City. I don't think you can get them at regular supermarkets, I think you have to go to some sort of organic foodstore. So perhaps Trader Joe's would have some as well...?
