best store bought cream to use for massage?December 25 2006 at 5:29 PM | snowfalling (Login snowdropsfalling) |
| I was wondering what everyone's favorite cream to use for the massage? So far I've tried Jason's Wild Yam and also Palmers Bust Firming cream. I also try to premix a bit with some borage oil, epo, fennel and fenugreek powder sometimes in an empty jasons tub. So what would everyone say is the most effective cream that you've bought? On the way I'm also ordering some more jasons wild yam plus their cocoa butter cream as well along with jasons 45000 iu oil. I just love the smell of these which is why I use it but I was wondering if some people see more effects with a certain brand, etc. |

I use the Vaseline Intensive Care lotion with cocoa butter, petroleum jelly, and vitamin E. But I'm just a newbie, so I don't know yet how effective it is. I am getting pains though, so I don't know.
I noticed that the lotion has no mineral oil which I heard here that it's bad for you. And the cocoa butter and vitamin E ingredients are toward the top of the list of ingredients, so there must be more of it versus the other ingredients. |

I've heard stuff like mineral oil and petroleum is supposed to be bad. Anyone know if that's true? I heard supposedly it clogs pores so the nutrients you're trying to absorb just don't. I'm thinking of buying a heating pad tomorrow to add to the routine. |

I think mineral oil and petroleum jelly are the same thing. At least, they have the same effect. |
