Everyone mentions that they have pains. But what does it feel like? and where?

I'm getting pains, but I can't tell if it's because I'm doing something right, or maybe I'm doing it wrong and am injuring myself??

The pains are like those you might have had during puberty when your breasts initially started to develop. They are located in the brests, usually more in the lower and outer parts of them. The pain is usually 'stabbing' - not in the sense as strong as the word implies, but located (it's not a dispersed pain throught the entire chest for example), and it can be as brief, or it can be persistent and last for minutes. But it's not as strong pain that it would hinder you in your activities.
Pains which count as growing signs are also those in the armpits, they are similar to those in the breast, except for the place. Other signs also include tenderness and tingles. It's hard to describe them, but when you get them you feel something in going on in your breasts. Also itchy nipples are often reported.

cause my pains don't feel like that. and it's been so long since i went through "growing pains" that I don't have a clue if it's similar. Sometimes it's that stabbing pain, but then other times it feels like a paper cut. The stabbing pain is usually in the breast area, and the paper cut pain is near the nipple.

I have been getting itchy breasts too, but I don't know if that's just cause I was wearing a lacy bra. :P

Ah, I think you can recognise them as growing pains if they come suddenly, not arround and physical contact, therefore can't be from an injury.
