Sigh* I haven't been on NBE for a long time , I know but I'm just getting so impatient ! >< But then again I have been pretty lazy .. like not taking regular dosages and massaging etc .. I guess that's the main problem LOL . But hmm I think I'm just looking for some encouragement or any advice .. sorry ladies . I don't post that often and here I am asking for your help . I've been thinking of quitting NBE since I'm losing hope and don't have the time to try hard enough :( I congratulate all you ladies that are able to stay committed and I'm glad you have received results and for you ladies that are just starting or have not seen results good luck ! I hope you see some results soon :) I really want larger breasts .. obviously LOL but hmm it seems SOO hard . I'm taking saw palmetto , fenugreek ( but at the moment fennel since I ran out of fenugreek ) and I was taking EPO but I decided to stop taking that . Was that a bad idea ? Should I start taking EPO again even though it supposedly may slow down growth ? I was planning to buy borage oil the next time I stop by the grocery store . What dosages would you recommend for me ? I am currently taking:
2 SP 800 mg each - 2 times a day
2 Fennel 480 mg each - 2 times a day
WAS taking 2 Fenugreek 610 mg each - 2 times a day ( but ran out so started taking fennel )

What other herbs would you recommend for me ? I've tried to massage using the pressure points as often as possible but that's not very often .

Thanks so much ladies !

-- Good luck and best of wishes ladies!

Hey Dolli, girl, no loosing hope and giving up! I don't know how long you have been on NBE, but if the first routine doesn't work, that is not nearly good enough reason tobe getting down. Sometimes we expect too much, we expect the very first routine to be sucessful and that is not even very likely. Now what to do with your routine... Firstly, I'm beginning to be more and more convinced that only two herbs are not enough. FG/fennel is estrogenic and SP is anti-andrgenic, but if you have an imbalance, you need something to balance estrogen/progesterone ratio. Red clover is anti-progesteronic + estrogenic herb and wild yam has progesteronic activity. You migh look into some hormone testes and just try to listen very closely to the signs your body gives you to have a clue of what your hormones are. If you don't have a special imbalance, I think you could still try one of these herbs or even both. I would also advise borage oil a lot more than EPO. No source of essential fatty acids however is not very likely a sucesful routine, they are practically a must. EFAs help in the conversion of testosterone into estrogen. SP gets rid of excess testosterone, so you shouldn't take a too high dose. If you don't have much symptoms of excess androgens, then I would take only a half dose of SP. Some people also find nettle more effective than SP. The dose of all estrogenic herbs should add up to arround 2400 mg and that is more than enough, taking a high dose in most cases makes no difference whatsoever from taking a small/medium dose.
Anyway, the idea with herbs is to try hit and miss method to find which herbs are the best for you. That's what it takes anyway.
Another factor that can prevent NBE is poor blood circulation. If you think you might have it (feeling cold more than it's notrmal, especially hands and feet), herbs like ginko biloba and cayenne help with that. And finally, massage is very important of course, I find that doing it two or three times a day for only five minutes is less tiresome. Good luck!
