hi anna, i use the yw cream all the time. It has had no adverse affects. I've never tried just the end of my cycle. What's your thoughts on this?

Thanks for your reply! I don't know, women using natural progesterone cream are using this only during the last half of their cycle (otherwise they prevent ovulation). But I'm still confused about the "natural progesterone is made from wild yam by a proces that doesn't happen in the body, only in the lap" thing. Does that intend that wild yam cream is just less potent than natural progesterone cream or works it in a different way?

I just received mine (at second half off my cycle) but I'm still doubting how to use it

hi anna, yes you are right... wild yam cream is NOT progesterone cream... and wild yam does not convert to progesterone once inside the body. Products that call Wild Yam a "natural progesterone" are misleading. I have done reading and research on this and actualprogesterone cream is supposed to work more effectively.
