Hello girls!

As many of you here know, I am taking Natureday, which contains all the usual herbs - fenugreek, saw palmetto and such.

I've been reading up on Mirifem and was wondering if I could take this (as a cream) while also taking the Natureday orally.

I've been massaging with mirifem cream for about a month now...It seems to be ok, but I don't think that it is making a huge difference. I am also taking herbs, and everything together is slowly working, I think. I won't order the mirifem cream again, since its pretty pricey, and I think I'd do just as well adding fennel or fenugreek extract to regular lotion. Actually, the Venus Creme that some of the ladies here are trying sounds better.

I know nothing about Mirifem, but perhapse you might find more info on the Pueraria Mirifica forum on here?

I just wondered if it was OK to take the regular herbs as well as Pueraria Mirifica. I was sure I'd read somewhere that it wasn't - but hopefully it is!

I think it is ok, if you are just using the cream...not taking pm internally.
