I am applying cocoa butter daily, sometimes twice a day, and rubbing vitamin E first and then as much cocoa butter as i can take. I am worried though, if cocoa butter adds fat to your breasts, doesnt it also add fat to anywhere else i rub it? such as under my breasts, the sides, even my arms when they come down..
Also, has the cocoa butter method ALONE worked for anyone or do i definately need things like fenugreek? I used fenugreek about a year ago but had to stop because my roomates could smell it and had me kicked out because of it. they were getting rashes and stuff (probably because they all had big tits and therefore lots of estrogen!) i dont want that to happen again so im trying other ways.
I'm no expert, but there was a post here with links to this information about a month ago, said to massage with vitamin E only after cocoa butter massage to keep growth, this was supposed to be a clinical study.

is anyone doing the cocoa butter and finding that other parts of their bodies are getting fat as well? i am really worried about that and worried about my arms touching a bit of it and ballooning
i have been using cocoa butter for a few months now and have not had a problem with excess gain anywhere else... particularly because it is just touching it when you put your arms down, i dont think there is a need to worry. but i get it everywhere... i massage from my tummy on up and the weight is not going to my tummy any more than usual.
under the arm (armpit, sides) and all will be fine... actually the original article said that the women were just putting it there and thats how they were growing, though then they also started adding the rest of the breast.
so i dont think you need to worry. if you search cocoa butter you might be able to hunt down that article that started the cocoa butter craze... that may answer some of your questions.
i'm sorry for your bad experience... what i could advise you though, is you should try siluette cream. i had not encountered any harmful side effects in the past months that i have using it. it has performed wonders for me, and made my bust firm and fuller. i'm very much thankful for this product. you can learn more about it at http://www.siluettecream.com

can we please do something about scammers clogging up this board? this is the second time i have seen her post this and it is obvious that she either works for the company or is being paid to advertise their product.
I use cocoa butter and vit E in my routine, and I've had no weight gain elsewhere. AND I've plumped up with this massage. In fact, I massaged for 10 days prior to starting my latest routine, and with that alone, my nipples and sides of my boobs plumped within that short amount of time. I use Jason's Naturals (it has no petroleum products whatsoever), and a liquid vit E. I mix the 2 together when I massage, and I massage on avrg 2x/daily for about 5 min. I don't think that you'll risk any weight gain elsewhere. My theory is that there are hundreds of body lotions with cocoa butter and vit E out there, and we'd definitely hear about all-over body weight gain by now. The breasts are also unique in that they have empty pockets and glands. According to Dr Cayce's study, the fat from the cocoa butter gets absorbed into these pockets and gland areas with continued application. The purpose of the vit E, is to sustain the results. I leave for a 10day holiday tomorrow, but when I return, I'm going to try pure cocoa butter and melt it down. I'm curious to see if it'll bring better results.
I went to Walgreen's and found some cocoa butter cream (the only 100% pure cocoa butter I found was in a tiny stick). I got the Walgreen's brand cocoa butter cream and it does contain Petrolatum---is this the same as petrolem? Is that bad or does that prohibit any growth? Also, I read previously something about staying away from creams with mineral oil in them. Why is that bad, too??? Thanks again!!
i know, i know, there is mineral oil in there, but i bought two tubs of it first and i HATE wasting money... after these are done ill get the jasons brand or another natural brand...
i like the cocoa butter... plus it smells like chocolate... mmmm...
I think the problem with petroleum and mineral oil is more about getting chest acne than actually stopping growth. On the other hand, both of these are supposed to be somewhat toxic, so I'd still try to avoid them. I use the yellow stick of cocoa butter from Walgreens. It is 100% pure cocoa butter, and it is very affordable. I just have to buy the sticks all the time!
I remember reading info from another member that mineral oil contains chemicals that bind to estrogen receptors and directly inhibit growth.
And to the topic starter - where do you get that cocoa butter deposits fat where you rub it from?? I saw two topics on that already. It doesn't, cocoa butter is simply for plumping.
