hi i am thinking of doing a liver cleanse and dont know the best time to do it i am currently taking st herb pm taking 15 days then breaking 15 days i start the pm on day 1 of cycle and my cycle has now steadied at every 30 days i read on the beboard that you should start liver cleanse on first day but this is when i take my pm so surely it would not be advisable time for me to cleanse ? i was thinking of liver cleanse around day 23 for a week any suggestions?
