Hey, I'm trying to replicate a NBE pill, but I can't find blessed thistle or watercress in any store near me. Is there any way I can "replace" these herbs with similar NBE herbs (perhaps more common ones), and which specific ones? Thanks!

depends on where you are... but once jelly gets back on her feet next week she might be able to help. she is one of the resident pill makers, i think...

sit tight and hopefully when she gets back she might help. she is in australia, though, so it depends where you are!!

It's questionable whether replicating your NBE routine after a commercial pill is even appropriate combination for you. Rather do some research about hormonal imbalances and herbs used for them and devise a routine costomsized for you.

It should be easy to find blessed thistle in online stores, as it's commonly used in herbal medicines.
