blessed thistle and watercress--substitutes please!!December 29 2006 at 1:33 AM | Kathryn (Login crazycamel903) |
| Hey, I'm trying to replicate a NBE pill, but I can't find blessed thistle or watercress in any store near me. Is there any way I can "replace" these herbs with similar NBE herbs (perhaps more common ones), and which specific ones? Thanks! |

depends on where you are... but once jelly gets back on her feet next week she might be able to help. she is one of the resident pill makers, i think...
sit tight and hopefully when she gets back she might help. she is in australia, though, so it depends where you are!! |

It's questionable whether replicating your NBE routine after a commercial pill is even appropriate combination for you. Rather do some research about hormonal imbalances and herbs used for them and devise a routine costomsized for you. |

It should be easy to find blessed thistle in online stores, as it's commonly used in herbal medicines. |
