ok girls , since I changed my program due to saw palmetto running out I got stinging nettle root and a bought cap of wild yam+chastetree berry (only because I couldnt get just wild yam at the time) well it turned out to be a good move cause although at first it wasnt tingling after a few days Ive had constant acheing boobs and projection type growth YAY !!! YIPEEE !!!!HOORAY!!!Ive broken my stall. Im really happy with the way my boobs look at the moment but Im scared that now I need to lose weight Ill lose my boobs !!! just when Im on a rolll !!! so Im being very careful !!! and losing slowly !!!! oh if only I could keep my boobs and have a good tummy !!! Please dont let me lose those girls of mine !!! I look a bit like Emmie at the moment, meaning Ive got a roundness and that lovely crease at the bottom !!!! Hey Jelly this is gr8. Let me confirm the blessing of vitex, i've been aching too and very early luteal swelling... I'm back on track and I'm only taking 500mg vitex 3 times daily.

BUT this arvo i looked back at my NBE diary - and in JUly 2006 for one week i took 2.5ml of Vitex extract (strong 1:1) 3 x daily... in that month i had my only ever projection growth. Hubby called my boobs "headlights" in that month. They looked amazing!!(LOL- Hehehehe) I ran out of extract and thought the growth was due to the pueraria i had started... BUT NO!!! IT WAS THE VITEX ALL ALONG!! YAY YAY... i think it plus the wild yam is sooooo good for us slightly mature chickies!!!

BUT GET THIS... 2.5ml 3xdaily was the recommendation of the herbalist i got it from and that is equivalent to 2500mg 3 x daily. WHOA>> that's a lot of herb. Please read the post i made about extracts..... How much are you taking?? After looking at my diary i'm thinking about ramping up...

Where is everyone finding the Nettle Root? I have been able to find several things at different stores, but I have yet to be able to find the ROOT, which I know is what you should take. Is everyone finding it at Vortex health? I'm in the U.S. so if anyone has suggestions please let me know!

Congratulations of your new growth and finding something that works Jelly! How are you feeling after your lipo dissolve? Is there a reason why the root of the nettle works better than say the leaves? I'll keep a good thought for you that you lose the tummy and keep the boobs! Take care.

Thanks for asking how I'm doing. I'm taking a break from the BO to clear up a yeast infection first. I'm over the yeast infection now. I'll be getting back to taking BO in a couple of more days. I used to think perimenopause/menopause was something I didn't have to be concerned about until years from now but now I realize that I am already experiencing perimenopause sypmtoms. The hormone fluctuations will make it more difficult in the NBE department but I'm more aware of my body now and will adjust accordingly. I still want to grow at least another couple of inches so it'll take as long as it takes...

Jelly -- I am curious, how much vitex and stinging nettle are you taking? I am thinking of increasing my vitex, since it is working so well for you and some of the other ladies. Also, I am taking a break from the phytoestrogen herbs for right now, so it will be interesting to see if I can still grow without them, just usine vitex and some of the non-pytoestrogen herbs.

well corrie I buy the nettle root tea and blend it to powder form then I take a 1/3 teaspoon morning and night. also the chastetree berry I am taking came together with wild yam included in the blend, its a very small amount that I take. but when I run out Ill buy vitex and wild yam seperately, good luck ....... my wonderful emmie !!!!!!! thankyou !!! you know when you post here the forum lights up you have such a sweet nature !!!!
