i was feeling soreness in armpits today and while checking i saw many swollen lympnodes in both armpits. i have never had this before thus i did some reading in internet and got quite scared. mind, i was the one scared with a lump in breast few months ago. the lump has gone (suppose it was more like swollen breastgland since it's not hard as it was). i'm not sure but i think it could be related to the underarm pain that i still get while off herbs.

i'm not on herbs now only take my vitex. i'm not sure but i could have taken double dose yesterday, i just had total blackout whether i did or not.

what worries me is that i also have had lot of sweating while sleeping. i would get very hot and then cold again.

Has anyone had this?

hi, i think you should get it checked, i don't know what it could be, but swollen lymphoids could be infection, if i'm not wrong, you can go to the doctor, just to be safe

Night sweat is one of the signs of perimenopause/menopause. As you are not that old, so there is probably some hormone imbalance here. You can check with a doctor about that. There could also be some blockage in your lymph nodes. There is a lymphatic massage page that I found that can help with that. Here's the website:

does it make sense that my hormones are balancing a month after the herbs and such a hard way? i only take vitex now and i have occasionally pains in my chest as well. i also became ill now (after few years or so) feel quite bad and curious if it's all about being off herbs? i'm just wondering whether i was balanced when on herbs or getting there now when on vitex. Well what i want to say is that i feel so strange and don't know if it's for the good or bad and if the culprit is Vitex or not. Could it be the vitex having it's initial reaction for clearing estrogen receptors?

It sounds like you have an infection, hence the swollen nodes and sweats. I suggest you go see your doc as soon as possible. He may put you on antibiotics to clear the infection.

I went through a spell of swollen lymphs in armpits, sweats and confusion. The doc found that it was no more than recurring kidney infections which were the cause.

I'd doubt very much if this is connected in any way to the herbs you are taking or whether or not your hormones are in balance.
