i've been taking wonderup for 5 months and it was going so well, but over the past 2 weeks i've lost an inch of growth....why has this happened??!!

I don't know. Did you do anything different over Christmas and the New Year? Maybe it's just a fluctuation which some women experience and it will come back again?

How much growth did you actually get from WU?

Also, are you adding anything else to your programme? It would be helpful to see you programme then we can take things from there.

Yes, I stalled for a while with WU, but I took it directly after doing 5 months on mirifem. I was taking vitex with the WU and felt that I had built up such a high level of phytoestrogens in my body that my system could no longer cope with it all to make any more growth possible. But I also felt that because of this, the vitex wasn't getting a chance to work properly too. Does this make sense to you?

After I cut down the WU intake to just 2 pills a day.........the vitex kicked in and am growing really well now.

Another thing I found with WU by itself was I thought I was growing, but mistook this for luteal swelling. I was swelling for 2 weeks of the month then losing for 2 weeks after each period. So in effect, had a case of yo-yo boobs. Now that I've cut the dosage right down, that is no longer happening.

Saying that, we are all different, but that is my experience so far.

I buy my vitex/AC from Holland and Barratt. Sometimes they do a 2 for one offer, but any health food shop should stock it.

I have just decided to stop WU altogether for a while and do vitex by itself. Didn't take WU as from yesterday and have had tingles all day today. Could well be that you are suffering from a system overload like me.

Let me know how things go for you and will keep you posted on my latest trial too.

If u don't massage then u should start it deffo aids NBE!!!

Some times its daily habbits than can affect things-have you drunk more alcohol or coffee than normal,r u stressed for any reason,felt ill-sounds daft but the tiniest of things can change our bodies with out us even being aware.

faerycat, what is vitex? is it another NBE??? Is it better than wonderup?

It's not a formula, it's a herb which is commonly known as Chasteberry. Vitex is its botanical name, or rather part of its botanical name, which in full is Vitex Agnus Castus.
