Confused and worried a bit

Hello, ive been reading this forum for the better part of the night because it looks like this is the most credible forum/site on the web so thank you for that. I am 19 years old about 5 foot 8 and 120 pounds. I have a athletic build, but not muscular by any means, i guess you could just say a very fit person although i do not work out a huge amount. I currently have a 34b cup and have seen very little growth in the past 2 years. There is a basic backround on me, and my questions are: do you think that my breasts are done growing by "normal" means. The second question i have is i have been reading a lot on Vitex and Wu as great suppliments to take to enlarge my breasts, i am presently on yasmin birth control and have been for a little over a year. Will taking either one or both cause issues with the yasmin that im taking? If so what wouold it do? And what would be in in the collective groups past experience be my best chance for enlargement-enhancement (other than implants) (Ie types of suppliments i should take)? I know it wouldnt be like 3 cup sizes bigger or anything or a 2 week improvement but what could i expect when taking suppliments if any can help me at all, and what kind of time frame, and what would be the signs, other than growth that it is starting to work (ive herd of ppl having like a tender feeling and such which happens for me from time to time outside of my period). And the final 2 questions are, where can i purchase any suppliments that will help me and how many should i take a day, and what about Tobustan that i have read some things on this pill is it any good or just a scam or are the suppliments a better/cheaper route?? Again thanks for any help you can throw my way as i am confused about some of this stuff

i do not know why you are here. I would KILL for a 34B. your boobs sound like they are more than big enough for your figure!

also, did your breasts not grow on yasmin? Yasmin might be why you have a B to begin with, because with as skinny as you are you sound like you should be an A!

Hi, Jess! The answers to many of your questions can be found on this forum, spend some more time looking through back pages and eventually you'll find what you're after! Also, have a look at the personal programs page. You'll be able to get a sense of what has worked for some women and what hasn't. Though, I must tell you that NBE is a personal thing and there is no "one size fits all." Different things work for different people, and the most important thing is to know your body and research how different herbs work.

Jess, let me start out by giving you hope by saying your breasts are most likely not done growing. I have read that women continue to grow into their early/mid 20's. Also, you can get pretty much any of these herbs at GNC, Vitamin World, and even Wal-Mart carries a couple of them. As for time frames, it all depends, but you can get a good sense by reading past posts. Generally, by taking herbs, you can see results in anywhere from 3 or 4 weeks to 3 or 4 months, maybe even longer than that. It just depends on you. And sometimes these herbs just don't work at all for some women. The only herb I have heard of that would seriously interfere with your birth control is Black Cohosh. It actually has been noted to reduce the effectiveness of preventing pregancy. But honestly, I think you don't even need the black cohosh. What I can tell you from the research I've been doing is to stay away from the breast enhancement pills on the market. I think the reason most of these don't work is that they don't contain enough of the herbs that are required to increase your breast size. That's why so many women are turning to their own formulas and supplements. Fenugreek has been pretty consistly taken across the board, as well as saw palmetto. Wild yam would be a waste of money because your body won't be able to produce the progesterone from it on its own. Wild yam can only yield progesterone through a process in a lab. Many people don't quite know that. Finally, signs that you may be making progress would be tingling or soreness in your breast...kind of like what you'd get around your period, but with me the tingling and soreness was much more subtle and strange feeling. Anyway, I kind of very generally summed up a lot of what's available in these forums. Just take a peek through things other women have said, and always feel free to ask questions. We're all here workin on the boobie project!

Some women have reported results from Tobustan, but what you primarily need to know about that product is that it is marketed mainly by promotion on phoney review sites, i.e. sites which are run anonymously and pretend to have genuine reviews of products, in the hope that visitors to the sites will believe them to be independent of the products they promote.

A good reason to take wild yam though is to combat stomach problems from taking all the other pills.

also, if you are taking birth control pills to prevent pregnancy instead of for BE, iwould suggest switching to a condom instead since birth controls dont prevent against stds (condoms dont protect against all either but it is safer and more effective than thepill) and they also dont mess with your hormones

Hi there. I thought I'd read on this site that Vitex may interfere with birth control, and saw palmetto. Did i dream the vitex info up, anybody?
