| Can someone tell me if blessed thistle is the same as milk thistle? Milk thistle is supposed to be good for liver cleanse? If so, when should it be taken? Not during the NBE right? I seem to find conflicting advice.

Blessed thistle (cnicus benedictus) is not the same as milk thistle (silybum marianus).
