I've decided that the Wonderup regimen of medicine taking 3 times a day isn't for me, and I just can't keep a consistent schedule for it. So I have 1 full bottle of Wonderup, a bottle that's nearly full, and a full bottle of cream. I used about a week's worth (maybe less?) of the first bottle and haven't touched the second. Aren't all regimens like that though? I thought taking tablets 3 times a day was normal for women here, regardless of what it is that they're taking, or have I got that wrong?

judging by the pictures you had amazing results so why do you say that taking the pills isnt for you? how has your progress been with wonder up? anything you would like to share with us?

Hello everyone, I haven't been in the forum for a long time. The Cheryl above definitely isn't me and is obviously a different Cheryl. By the way, I agree with what Nell said above, that 3 times daily is typical for NBE programs, no matter what you take. At least that's my impression.

It seem amazing to me that anyone can be concerned at taking pills 3 times a day. After all, look at the endless massaging that some of the girls here do!

I agree, swallowing a few pills at once(though not 9 at a time!)3X a day is easy compared to 360 rotations or whatever it is for massage. I just massage a bit for a minute or so and occasionly use the heating pad. Some of these ladies are highly commited! I've got too much of a stressful life with a house full to do all of that, but I can manage taking the herbs.
