This will def. help with breast growth!

Hi everyone

I don't know if you know this but in Asian countries, PAPAYA is a major breast enhancement fruit.

The best way to consume papaya is to chop it up and mix it in the food processor with a cup of whole fat organic milk/soy milk. Make sure the papaya is ripe (dark orange meat)but it does decay pretty fast so make sure you eat the whole fruit in less than 3 days.

If you drink this everyday .. you SHOULD see result in most 2 weeks.

Another way to consume papaya is by boiling it with chicken soup.. use organic chickens, yea it sounds weird maybe even nasty but if you get used to it, papaya can be used as a vegetable as well..

Other breast enhancement foods include

Ox tail
Pork
Peanut butter
Banana

can you not eat papaya without adding to milk? im not a big fan of milk especially soy milk...maybe im not getting fullness because im not taking enough protein. adding pooping pills is hard enough without having to consume foods with a screwed up face!!

Hi CC :)

Thanks for the tip about papaya. Way back when, I tried a papaya recipe from one of my old herb books. That recipe was for papaya (interestingly, it said for it to be unripe or green?) and apple cider vinegar. I don't recall the exact measurements, but you were to boil down the vinegar with the chopped fruit (no rind), and let simmer for 1 hr. My whole house smelled like an Easter egg, and swallowing the mixture was torturous. I couldn't even gag it down.

Papaya is still in all the updated herb books for increasing lactation and even causing a clear discharge in a non-pregant breast. I think I just might give this one another go. Is soy a major ingredient, or can it be substituted with rice or almond milk? Have you tried it personally? hhhmmmmmmm....looks like I'll be adding yet another add-on to my routine :)

hey miss monet!

January 6 2007, 3:15 PM

i just finished month two of the colonix and am going to hold onto the third box to do after the routine is over for a last cleanse...

i liked it, and let me tell you i have had NO bloating whatsoever for the past two months, and i feel a TON better (and lighter!). i dont know that it worked as well as it could have for me because i got a little lazy with it, took some vacations, still ate normally, and plus with the pills, but you know i really think it was worth the money... and a decent chunk of change it was!

im going to try the special lemonade to keep off the bloat and am looking for a fiber supplement. thats one thing i am now superconscious of is how much fiber i am getting... i was not getting nearly enough before. but really, it made me look and feel a million times better, and i took it right along with the pills and still got results...

just make sure you have something on hand to mix that fiber with. i couldnt STAND taking it with water. i mixed it with lemonade or apple juice... and get a water bottle to have on hand with you all day, cause boy do you drink a lot!

Hi everyone,

you can eat the papayas without milk.. but again milk does double the result. The alternative to milk would be honey.

wikipedia says that phytochemicals in papaya can supress the effects of progesterone. i don't know how relevant this is to nbe, but since some people here are taking progesteronic herbs, wouldn't eating large amounts of papaya counteract this?

From Wikipedia:

"Women in Pakistan, India and Sri Lanka and other parts of the world have long used papaya as a folk remedy for contraception and abortion. Medical research in animals has confirmed the contraceptive and abortifacient capability of papaya, and also found that papaya has contraceptive effects in men as well, it can leave some men infertile for up to 10 years.[1] Unripe papaya is especially effective, in large amounts or high doses. Papaya is not teratogenic and will not cause miscarriage in small, ripe amounts. Phytochemicals in papaya may suppress the effects of progesterone."

Regarding progesterone and those of us taking Vitex and other progesterone-promoting herbs, I wonder if we could eat papaya during the first part of the cycle (follicular) and then NOT eat it during the luteal phase when we really need the effects of progesterone to prevent PMS? This hormone stuff is so confusing!
