Hi, I read your program page and checked out ur results. Great results I think. I was thinking of trying the mirifem cream and pills. Do you think its great or have u learned any negative things about that program? If so please let me know. Thanks.

Ok, when I started out on mirifem, I was new to this and desperate. I came across mirifem on ebay, and as it had lots of good feedback, decided to give it a go. I hadn't found this forum at that time which is a real pity.

If I had to do it all again, I wouldn't do mirifem knowing what I do now. Yes, I got results, but it made me feel tired and gain weight, which thankfully fell off when I stopped taking it. The cream gave results too, but like I've mentioned several times, it contains mineral oil which I learned is not good for our health nor good for our hormones and NBE as it blocks receptors.

Did you look at the PM forum at the site here? You can read what the other girls are saying about it, but do be prepared for weight gain if you decide to try it.

If I had to do things over, I'd opt for WU and vitex along with all the relevant minerals, vits, oils and good diet.

Thanx for responding. I don't have a program yet still shopping around and listening to stories from others. I checked the wondeup site and message board and think I'm gonna give that a go sometime this month. Also do u knowa anything about taking a cleanse first. I heard some girls saying it was very helpful min noticing results faster. Another question, I heard some people saying it's beneficial to mix the wu cream with other things? Do u know anything about the things to mix with it? O.k. now I'm going to find out what vitex is. Thanks a bunch!
