Hi there! I decided not to post on your program page. Meeting Dr 90210 will probably get alot of responses, so they can start here instead maybe. He is sooo cute. I used to watch him all the time. I'm realy suprised that he didn't think you needed it, I hated it when he would encourage women to go bigger than they wanted, he seemed to like big ones. There were some that I thought looked way too big, but he would gush over them and say how big and beautiful they were.

I also had a consult with a plastic surgeon after I quit nursing many years ago, he didn't want to do it, said I was doing it for the wrong reasons. I'm not sure why he said this, I told him I wanted to do it for me, to look better and feel better. I didn't want big ones, just wanted to fill my B's back up. I'm sure he would have done it if I would have insisted, but I didn't do it and am so glad. That was 18 years ago, and I probably would have had problems by now (that was back in the leaky silicone days), so I am very thankful it worked out. I just wish I would have known about NBE sooner.

I believe that you are the first here to take Ultrabreast. All of the BO users were wondering about it. Since you are also taking VP also, it will be hard to contribute your results to one product, but atleast you will know it was BO in general that gives you the Salma boobs you want. Her's are among the most beautiful in the world I think, so that is a good goal to have!

Anyway, good luck with your program this time. I'm taking BO from Bountiful Breast, but will switch to generic after this runs out in a few months I think. I also haven't posted a program, I need to get with it and do that today. Keep us posted on your progress!

I do not want to misquote Dr. Rey (90210) but I think he made a comment like I always leave the decision up to the pt, but there are a couple times when he may have not recommended brst augmentation and you probably are of those people. My breasts are pretty even and youthful for my age I guess (no where near Ericas forever young breasts). Maybe I wanted to hear that so I am not trying to quote him or misrepresent anything he may have said.This was only my impression.

After reading several posts about how BO is BO and the brand does not matter,thought it would be okay to use a combination. UB has WY and ipriflavone a type of soy isoflavone (I think)and I did not know the max dose of these so that is why I supplemented with the VP. 3 tabs of UB is 1050 mg of BO so to get 2400 mg of BO I supplemented with the VP. I definitely have more sensations since increasing the BO dosage so I hope this will start some growth. I just could not make myself pay that much for BB. I was going to try Maca until I read the post about dragon breath and a big butt and decided I would try Vitex instead.

I also have bought a ripplu bra (www.ripplu.com mentioned on Aphrodites forum)that is supposed help shape the breasts. I think I should have bought a size bigger but my breasts definitely are being squeezed and pushed up. The bra is a bit rumply so sometimes I wear it after work until I go to bed. Also trying to incorporate boobie foods- asparagus, seafood,lots of avocado shakes and papaya fruit. Even bought white fungus because I saw it mentioned as an Asian food for booby growth. Ok white fungus is really white fungus. A little scary when I opened the can, but a little fungus blends well in the avocado shakes. Only 5 more cans to go.

Funny story-at work people have noticed my cleavage and made comments about me showing cleavage. So maybe things are working. The measuring tape says no. But I have learned how to get the most out of my padded bras and try to wear shirts that camoflauge small breasts (smoke and mirrors). So Salma watch out here I come. I was wondering about the hair formula you are taking. Is it working? I've been taking silica for hair and nails, and it works a little bit, but I'd love to find a product that works really well. (By the way, everyone, silica MAY help with NBE, since it builds connective tissue.)

I do not think my program is that strange except I have combined two different BO products. I just did not know how much to increase the ipriflavone ingredient and I am not sure how much it adds to BE so the VP allows me to get the maxium dosage of BO without increasing the wild yam or ipriflav. So the program is basically BO.(The max of the UB is 3 tabs a day.)

Ripplu bra (Bradelis 3 step system:
If you go the site www.ripplu.com and then click on why ripplu and then on the next screen at the top of the page and read the sections-3 step process and before and after and it explains the concept of the bra. Most bras are not thought to provide enough uplift and leaves out a lot of the breast tissue and keeps the breasts too spread apart. That is what this bra helps with. I have only starting using it so I do not know if it works. They are definitely cheaper to a similar bra that was mentioned on the Oprah show and a bit more attractive.

Hair vitamins:
I only recently started the hair vitamins so I do not know if they work or not. They can be found at stores like Walgreens near the minoxidil and also in the Vitamin shoppe. I have looked at different hair growth prodts and the one I am taking seems to combine at lot of commonly mentioned ingredients so thats why I bought it.

I hope I answered the questions asked. I only put so much info on my program page to hopefully help someone realize that changing from program to prog is not always a good thing.

Have to admit though thinking about changing to PM after reading Shell's success story. Oh some habits are just too hard to break. I will stick with this program, I will stick with this program.

Welcome Chloe! It's nice to have another BO sister on the forum. Who wouldn't want Salma's boobs? There're so gorgeous!! I think Halle Berry's are nice too. Personally though, I don't know if I want to get as big as Salma. It might be too big for me. By the way, I believe each UB contains 450mg of BO so the 3 that you take each day will actually give you 1350mg instead of 1050mg of BO.
