Fennel instead of Fenugreek

I know a lot of women have made posts about the way fenugreek makes us smell, and I myself experienced this (and my coworkers noticed it as well). So I was thinking about just eliminating the fenugreek and taking the fennel with my routine instead. This is an ok idea right? I seem to understand that both herbs are very similar and that fennel can pose as a good substitute for the fenugreek. Any comments on this? Has anyone had success even without the fenugreek? Thanks chicas!

Maybe my sense of smell is wierd...but I think that the smell of fenugreek smells like mayple syrup, and I don't particularly mind it ;)

I've always heard (well read I guess) that both are interchangable, I'm actually going to try fennel instead of fenugreek next time around because I think that fenugreek may be the culprit of my weight gain...I also haven't heard anything negative about it...but I think it's worth a try and you'll probably find that no one will argue a negative point about it :) good luck!
