i read in an article that sesame seeds increase breast size and firms them. has anyone else heard of that? and another thing....does it take more time to get results if you have saaging breasts due to breast feeding?

i don't know if sesame seeds are especially good, it could be their high content of oil, they also contain a lot of calcium and othe minerals and vitamins.
