What should I do if I don't get my period this month? I should be getting it in a couple of days. I am on the mirena IUD and I just got my period last month (first period after 1 year), so I'm not sure if it will come this month or not. But if it doesn't when should I take the herbs?

I don't think it really matters when you start your herbs. I know this had been discussed not too long ago and it just came down to personal preference.

I can't remember who is following the Flat to Fab program, but someone wrote that it mentioned to start the first day of the cycle. Whoever has the book, could you please let me know if there isn't any problem with starting a certain day?
