| Natural Estrogen Containing Foods
*Many common foods contain natural estrogens and progesterone. For the perimenopausal and postmenopausal woman they can be very helpful in maintaining healthy estrogen levels. However, care should be taken not to over eat any one food, but rather choose a variety and rotate them into your normal daily diet for optimum and safest results.

Estrogen Inhibiting Foods

Cabbage
Citrus Foods
Corn
Figs
Fruits (except apples, cherries, dates, pomegranates)
Grapes

P.S. I am sure normal amounts of these foods would not make a difference (of course many men eat these foods without growing boobs...but an excess of them could definately make a difference.)
Very Interesting!
