thanks for all your comments,i am so pleased with my results i will get my prog posted in full but just a quick outline for you i spent about 5 months on natureday which took me to first pic from being a small a cup couldnt post photo of a cup in bikini top as i never wore one always had t shirt on in summer i then had a short break then onto pm which has took me to 2nd pic as i am now been on st herb for 5 months taking 15 days on then breaking for 15 i had tried pm from puaria uk for about 3 months befor st herb taking daily but this one messed up period ,was 3 weeks late on one so tried st herb which has suited me better i am more of a d cup now than a c

Hi shell-would u reccomend neutraday 1st then go on saint ives,or just go4 saint ives -i did try the cream ages ago but only 1 tube.
Im still at the trail and error point im still an A cup so any help right now from any one would be appreciated,although there are that many products been reccoed at pres im stuck as to which ones to do or not.

yes i would certainly recommend natureday as it certainly got me started but as i say it is an expensive product but a big yes to st herb if i ever lose any of my growth i will start on st herb again as this gave me best growth and it worked out cheaper in the long run

yes i do massage i use st herb cream you can get good deal off hoodiatrust on ebay esp if u live in uk. i thimk getting st herb capsules off taras choice works out to about 24 quid with delivery but it costs me about 28 quid for 2 off hoodiatrust

Emmie, I happen to know the answer about ebay. If you got 2 ebay.com and type st. herb under search the sellers come up. I think it's like $25 for 1 bottle. There was also an offer buy 3 get 1 free. Hope this helps.
