hi everyone i've neva posted a msg before,but been reading quetions on the forum for a while.I have been using herbal tablets for 5mths now,and although i had growth in first 3mths,it seems as if things have come to a stand still.Has anyone else had this happen?The tablets i'm taking are Ultra Breast,has anyone else tried them?

If you are on an herbal breast enlargement program many people recommend that you take a 1 month break after 3 months because your estrogen receptors are full and the breast growth stalls until you give them time to completely leave the bloodstream and detach themselves. Also, you can use progesterone cream for 2 weeks on this break because it helps clear the receptors and makes room for new growth after the break!

Is it neccessary to message while you are on your break?

I thought Ultra Breast was a BO product, not herbal?

From what I understand, you should continue to massage during your break. Sounds like you are probably stalling and a break would help.

you might want to try contacting ultra breast. i dont know about breaks with bo (i havent taken any, but ive been on only a few months).

are you taking other herbs to supplement? those you might break from or decrease the dosages.

i am on a bo program and just added collagen tablets and am switching from saw palmetto to nettle root. maybe you just need a boost?

I am in my fourth month and feel like I am stalling. Reality is, I think I'm just getting impatient because I didn't really notice any difference initially until I was on month #3. In any case, I recently added heat pads and increased my doses to three times daily instead of two. I will take pics at the beginning of next month to see if this has helped, because as of now, I look the same as my three month pic. I'm not gonna take a break just yet though.
