I'm new here, but not new to BE forums.

I want to know if anyone has had success with hypnosis. I understand that it takes practice to be able to open up the doorway to the unconscious (perhaps energy work like EFT can help remove blocks to make that possible).

I'm currently using Kenneth Blake's free MP3s.

I also found the site below. I haven't seen it mentioned in posts before and wonder if anyone has an opinion:

I understand that the most successful BEers have used herbal or BO programs and massage, but I am not sure if this is the best approach for me at this time due to digestive issues.

Ideally I would like to use hypnosis and massage only.

I find it frustrating that this is so highly individual and therefore hard to figure out. I also wonder if it's a case of people not being able to stick to the guidelines of the more successful routines (hard work) such as Surf's routine. Our bodies are complex, but this shouldn't be so difficult, I feel!

To my surprise, my best friend has used EFT and affirmations (that she peronally developed) to *reduce* the size of one of her breasts. She was a hard core skeptic not so long ago. This is quite
something, because I had never heard of anyone being able to do that before. She feels that if she could do that then enlargement is possible. It took her a couple of months to do it, but it worked.

I've had some unusual and encouraging experiences of more fullness after doing visualizations, but steady growth that is permanent is what I want.

Hi Lillea, if you search this forum for hypnosis you will find a few topics, I created two in which I offered two mp3s for download, one is a breast enlagement script, only in one session, the other is an induction training method script by Wendi Friesen. I think hypnosis works only if you learn to get into a trance, so I have been practicing that and telling other people interested in doing hypnosis they should do it to, cause just listening is not enough. It's good to hear you had positive experience with hypnosis, but be prepared to do it for several months. Good luck!

Lillea, I just found this thread through a search and wanted to add that the NZ site is a total scam. I bought it and really wish I hadn't. It's not hypnosis, just some guy telling you to do massages. Definitely avoid. :)

I had already purchased it when I read this! lol Oh well. :) I like his free motivational 'Be the best you can be" MP3 that came with it. I find his way of doing things motivational and not terrible, but definitely not something that puts me into trance.

i am skeptical of hypnosis to increase breast sizes but is curious to try. Does anyone has any Free Mp3 downloads for hypnosis (For breast enlargement). Also, anyone experienced definate and visible results of bigger cups using hypnosis>?
