Ok so I am kind of new here but I have tried a couple of different ways to help my boob growth. 1 being massaging with progesterone creme and 2nd taking vanity breast capsules (which did not work for me)


After talking to my mom (she is really into help stuff) she knows this doctor named Johnothon Wright and he thinks that by rubbing Estrigin WITH progesterone creme at certain times and taking herbs will help my boobs grow. Because i took this hormone test to see how much estrigin was in my body and i am VERY VERY low so i ordered salava tests to see what hormones i am low in EXACTLY and then im going to send it in to Johnothon to see what i need to do... BUT i was going to ask if anyone has tried NATURAL estrigin and progesterone together

hi, how do you get natural estrogen? do you mean phytoestrogen? i think some people here are taking both progesteronic and estrogenic herbs. you coult try taking some herbs for balancing hormones, i think vitex and maca were mentioned.
