how long did u take it for and when did u begin to see a difference. i had it last night. suprisingly it was bearable. although maybe thats cos i didnt make it myself..i couldnt bear to see the feet. i asked my mum!

I take it too and it seems promising. I had grew fuller on it however, no actual increase in size.
