what other herbs are safe to take with 3 dosages of fenugreek capsules daily to enlarge the boobs? is taking single herbs really effective or am i just wasting my time? approx how long wood i be waiting before i start visbly seeing results?

Since you're just starting out, at least I'm guessing, I don't think it's a good idea for you to take three dosages of the herbs daily yet. At least not dosages of two pills at a time. Maybe you can take three dosages of one pill for each herb. To discover what the maximum amount of mgs is for each herb, you'll have to look at the information for all of them.

To devise a routine, you must learn A LOT. One can try with a blind guess, but it's better to know what the conditions in your body are, eg. hormnonal im/ballances, so that you can have an idea to which herbs would be the most suitable for you. NBE works very differently for everyone. Herbs are safe, but some negative side effects appear from time to time in some cases, in which one can usually substitute a herb with another.
