I've made a few changes and I really have been feeling it over the last few weeks!!!!! I actually went out and bought a new bra - yahooo! How goes it with you????

Gigando growing boobie blessings to everyone!

Liz - I added wild yam cream and vitex to my massage routine. I've also been massaging under my arms with my knuckles. Please check out the thread on my massage routine, it might be helpful (thread title is "Surf: Help with massage please" first posted on 1/8).

I know one shouldn't add more than 1 thing at a time to help single out what is working and what isn't, but I did. The 3 things above (wild yam, vitex and under arm massage) really seem to be making a hugh difference. I havent' been this sore since really early on in my NBE journey (which is really exciting to me because that's when I achieved growth quickly)!!! So, I hope I'm on to something!

I do not take the vitex internally because I tried it and I started bleeding (so I stopped right away). That also happened to me when I tried red clover. I think they are just too much for my system. I use 1 dropper full of vitex and rub it into my breasts as part of my massage. Actually now that I think about it, I've also been using fenugreek extract too (which is not what I usually do) as part of my massage. I also put a TINY amount of wild yam on each breast (probably about 1/16 teaspoon) and on the back of my neck.

I've really been concentrating on my massages too. Since I started getting sore and feeling fuller, I felt like the changes have been helpful so it's motivated me to take more time in doing my massages.

Is there anything else you want to know? Please let me know, if I can explain anything further. Best wishes!!!

Hi Surf, since there's a good chance that vitex was responsible for your positive development, do you think you might have had the estrogen dominance / progesteron defficiency imabalance (for which vitex is usually used)?

Moon - I have no idea! I've read a bit about trying to figure out if I'm testostrone dominant or estrogen dominant... I can't seem to put my finger on it. I'm about 5'8 and slender build with no fat on my tummy (never have had any). I carry my weight in my butt and the upper thighs in the back only. Although for my height, I'm considered under weight. I had gotten fairly regular periods (but not always) before NBE. I got occassional cramping/PMS, but nothing horrible. I'm not too emotional, no real mood swings.

In the past, I've read lists for the estrogen/testostrone deficiency/dominance and can't seem to align myself with either one.

I do feel I have poor circulation though! I always have cold hands and feet. I wish trying to figure the estrogen/testosterone/progestrone stuff was as easy as being cold all the time!!! Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Moon - I have no idea what I am!!! I've read lists that try to help you categorize you, but I have not been able to clearly figure it out. I have no fat around my tummy and am actually considered under weight (although I've always been able to eat what and how much I want). I'm not moody or have any horrible PMS symptoms. I've actually had worse cramps since doing NBE than prior. I'm not overly hairy anywhere. I don't easily cry (although I'm probably a bit more emotional since starting NBE). I have a pretty good sex drive. I always thought I was testostrone dominant, until I review the lists, then I can't decide. I would never even have any bloating or water gain around my period before NBE.

I do know one thing - I have poor circulation! My hands and feet are always cold. I sure wish knowing if your estrogen/testostrone/presgestrone dominant or not would be that easy!!!! Any thoughts of input would be more than welcome!!!!!!!!! Thanks!

Surf, you and I are the same. I try to take those stupid hormone imbalance tests and I can't figure it out. I never really get the amount needed to be either estrogen/progesterone/testosterone dominant, so I guess I'm not really super dominant on any of my hormones.

Surf and Boobies, I'm exactly the same too. I don't have symptoms of any imbalance, except slightly excess androgens. I was considering before if vitex might be a good choice for me even if I don't have definite signs of PMS, I have cramps tho, and your experience might indicate that it would be. If my current routine doesn't work, I'll give vitex a shot.

Same here, no idea what I am and those estupid tests dont work for me.

So Surf, what do you think it really made you grow? The massage or the pills? Or both? Do you think I should take vitex internally? I'm really confused because my pains started to be strong but I'm on WU and SP since November is it possible it is starting to work now?

Moon - Sorry about my second posting (the first time I wasn't logged on and didn't realize it and thought I had simply lost the reply).

Liz - Yes, I think it's positive that you're feeling something now although it's been since Nov that you started WU. I guess my rule of thumb is don't change anything if you are feeling any tingles/pain/sorness/extra fullnes. I think all these signs are positive and changes to your program should only be made when you don't experience any of these things. Also, many women have commented that they have grown even without any of these feelings. However, if you feel your at a stall in growth, you might try adding vitex to your massage. It was too strong for me to take internally (it caused me to bleed). I put 1ml (1 dropper) on my breasts (not on each breast, it's 1 ml total). Try it and see if you notice anything. Also, massage under your arms with your knuckles. Why not, if you're already massaging?!?!? It only takes a minute more and may really help. When I made those changes to my routine, I noticed a difference IMMEDIATELY! Everyone is different, I realize, but these might help you! Best wishes with it and keep me posted!!

Growing boobie blessings to all today!!!
