Well, i recieved my collagen pack i think on thursday-i have massaged x 2 daiy since-iv rubbed it in-put another squirt on, let it saok in-then another squirt and massaged it in.
Iv then rubbed in my shea butter mixed with borage oil.
Girls, i have to say i know its only been a few days, but i am extreamly pleased to report very full breasts,iv been applying more at the top where im not round just flat, and already i have rounder more defined breasts.
I also don't know if its me but i seem to have some pains again-could b more to do with massaging again, but who knows!!
Iv also put it on my lips and again my lips are much plumper and fuller-i did this to aid in the experiement, because all my thaughs/reaserch have been based on collagen in the lips.
My collagen pills have arrived now so i will update now im doing both.
I've ordered marine collagen caps and cream and will be starting as soon as they arrive.
Did you say you are taking man-made collagen? If so, what are the ingredients in it? Be careful with those chems hun, keep safe!!
Plump lips too? Wowsers! I plan to use it everywhere that needs plumping, including my chops. Must remember not to rub it in under my eyes though coz I don't want plumpy eye bags....eeks!

Alcet-Hey not herd from u in a while!!!
No deffo not i wont use products with animal in.(unless all herbs fail n i resort to bo)
The products with the gel are all natural
and the collagen Pills im on are natural but man made if that makes sence.
Alcest, collagen is made from gelatine i think, it is definitely made from animals, you can get marine based collagen but even that is made from fish. I wrote the company who sells it and that's what they said. i don't know about that man made stuff, gingerD where do you get it?

I asked the seller if it was fish or cow and they said neither im not intentionally being misleading i can only relay the info i have been given-Hope this big list helps GD
thanks gingerD, i've been looking around trying to find some collagen that's not animal based but i found it difficult to find out what is it made of, except the fish one, it is probably just synthetic, i will try to google the ingredients to check what are they usually derived from. i hope i can find some veggie collagen cause would really love to try it
hugs, mark
http://www.amazon.com/Super-Collagen-Powder-Type-III/dp/B0002061EM check out the ingredients. 'collagen protein derived from100% pure pharmaceutical food grade BOVINE collagen'. this is not what ginger is taking. i will try to find more.good luck. and congrats ginger!
thanks diana, i was thinking of buying some collagen cream for lip plumping but i guess it is probably bovine as well. i think i will have to do without collagen then... i will keep looking for now and see if i can find any.
ok, here is what wikipedia has to say about collagen, it is protein that is only found in animals so looks like if anyone is veggie it's not for them
Collagen
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jump to: navigation, search
Tropocollagen triple helix.Collagen is the main protein of connective tissue in animals and the most abundant protein in mammals, making up about 25% of the total protein content. It is one of the long, fibrous structural proteins whose functions are quite different from those of globular proteins such as enzymes; tough bundles of collagen called collagen fibers are a major component of the extracellular matrix that supports most tissues and gives cells structure from the outside, but collagen is also found inside certain cells. Collagen has great tensile strength, and is the main component of cartilage, ligaments, tendons, bone and teeth. Along with soft keratin, it is responsible for skin strength and elasticity, and its degradation leads to wrinkles that accompany aging. It strengthens blood vessels and plays a role in tissue development. It is present in the cornea and lens of the eye in crystalline form. It is also used in cosmetic surgery and burns surgery
I just want to say sorry to any one who is veggie, or against taking animal products
Im sorry if u have gone out and baught any and im sorry i said deffinatly no animal in them.
im not happy at all that im now taking bovine when told speciffically there was non in the product.Well,im quite shocked really-im very anoyed with the seller and i did reaserch the prodcut myself n every were i looked the info on mothernature was there except the last bit where it tells u its bovine.
So a big sorry from me guys.
P.s -does that mean its also in my gel?-
And thank you all for your reasearch at least i know now,i don't know wether to carry on or not :(
(all imagine a little qute pink bear with a balloon in its hand, with a tear in its eye)-lol im a cheesey pig
wherre do you get that marine based collagen, is the cream made from marine based coll. as well? i wanted to get some stuff for lip plumpimg but guess what... it's made of cows
hi gingerd, i'm sorry that the seller didn't tell you, if you don't want to use that bovine collagen you can try marine based like faerycat.
as for the gel... i don't know if it's there, but i wrote to some companies that sell PURE collagen and this is what they said:
Yes it is Bovine Based
As This is the Best Collagen for humans as the amino acid chains in bovine collagen match those of humans the closest and there is more easily absorbed and assimilated
Thank you for your email. Yes, our collagen is bovine based, from the hide of a cow. It is the highest pharmaceutical grade for human consumption.
these companies sell capsules and cosmetics with collagen as well.
i also wanted to buy some lip plumping stuff from HQHair ( i think) but i'm not sure now because of this whole collagen thing. i'm gona write to them to see if they use bovie collagen and let you know, if i find any cosmetics that are not made from cows i will let you know
cheers mark-
id feel better with marine i think-have u looked at the sbc cosmetics, iv read my label and it doesnt mention owt, but i rang qvc and sadley it is bovine also-a very usless bitch answered the phone but i asked is it made from bovine she said YES-God im gutted but im pleased with results at pres i don't quite know what to do now, wether to keep using or chuck em
it's quite expensive but i think all collagen stuff is. they only sell capsules i haven't found any cosmetics that are not bovie yet but maybe faerycat knows
and don't feel bad honey, it wasn't really your fault, they gave you wrong info
If you go to ebay and run a search on MARINE COLLAGEN it will bring up all the cosmetics, creams and capsules that contain it.
You can get a 6 month supply of the caps for about 40 quid which is really cheap. I have them and also a batch of expensive ones and there is NO difference.
About the bovine sellers saying cow is best...........of course they will say this. They are trying to sell the stuff........right?
If you read up and research marine collagen, it is far better and safer by far.
Cheers guys!!!
Fearycat-£40.00 bit steep this month but will lookinto
with the ammount of pills and potions im buying at the moment i think im spending more than my car insurance-lol
40 quid sounds steep, but works out at about £1.50 a week. Worth it to look gorgeous??
The creams are expensive. Mines was sent out on Monday and has got lost in the post.........WAAAAAAH!!!! Not happy. I bet someone at the sorting office is becoming wrinkle free and getting fuller boobies......grr!!!

faerycat, thanks for the info. i wasn't saying that bovine based collagen is the best, just copied what those companies told me. i don't believe them nayway cause it's not what i want to hear and i tend not to believe things that i don't want to hear...
i hope they'll find you package, i think if you buy things via paypal you can get a refund if it gets lost, but not for postage costs
Cheers Feary, what iv decided is-i may as well finish this tub, shame to waste it and then buy the marrine,im not happy but im not rich either and cant stand to waste anything iv baught even though i dont really agree with whats in it,i even keep plastic tubs after i finish with stuff, like a hording old woman lol
hey, i would keep using it. it sounds safe as it is from the hide of the cow. i mean that's like wearing leather right? and especially if it is giving you results! hope everything keeps getting plumper! good luck! and dont feel bad about saying it wasnt animal based. we should be doing our own back up research anyhow. thats why its useful to list the websites. isnt that what nbe is about?- research. good luck!
either way the cow 'part'was used for our benefit. i guess is what i should have added to that statement. :) i foot have a problem with either one actually. mean eat fried pork skin. hmm. :) great. now i am hungry, again. :( early lunch it is! lol.
