I have a quick yet kinda dumb question, i was wondering since nbe pills (fenugreek, fennel, hops etc) increases progesterone just like it is increased in pregnant women, does that mean you can develop the pregnany mask (dark patches) on your face?????

I've never heard of 'pregnany mask' before. Such concerns are a big exaggeration. The herbs rather ballance the hormones - increase when they are insufficient and decrease when they are excess.
