I've had enough of wonderup! been on it for 5 months and what i thought was realy good growth, has shurunk into mediocre growth. I have stopped massaging, been really stressed lately and smoked a lot more, but still, I feel like it's wonderup that's not right for me.

Was gonna try Vitex, but after the contraversial birth control discussion, don't wanna risk that. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can try instead? I just don't have time to look through personal preogramme pages.

Yeah. Not massaging, + stress + smoking = aproximately 0% chance of growth. If you grew on it, WU is right for you. For some girls it takes ages to finally find the combination that works for them. You're pretty lucky to have gotten growth with the previous trial (possible first?), you'd have to be damn lucky to get it with another different trial as well. Vitex is for estrogen dominance, eg. low progesterone, so if that isn't your imbalance it probably won't work for you. But deffinitely if you don't massage, stop smoking and try to avoid stress, it's hard you'll get any growth on anything.
