what is all this luteal phase and follicular phase junk? and what are the days? when ppl say "day one" do you mean the day your period starts? the first of the month? what? and wtf is ovulation? isn't that when the eggg cracks or something AKA when we start to bleed AKA the first day of our period???!!! sorry if i sound ignorant but for real. all i know about periods is that girls get it, guy don't, the cramps hurt like a mofo, and it smells bad when i pee.

follicular is day one through ovulation(when your egg is released)...(day one is the first day that you start your period) and luteal is ovulation through the next time you start and then it begins over at day 1

I thought the same, only that it made me feel she degraded herself, not me.

No way is that a woman, probably some 17 yr old kid who thinks it's funny to post something like that. I don't know any woman who would even write anything similiar to that post.
