This is my first month of NBE. I've been taking 2 capsules of funugreek(1240 mg daily) and Saw palmetto (500mg daily) I forgot to take them for a day and started a heavy crampy period (usually a pretty light bleeder with no cramps last night. Does that sound normal? Should I continue to take the pills for the rest of the month or start over next month. Also could I be taking something else that wouldn't cause this(fennel or EPO maybe)? Thanks In advance for your help.
i wonder if it could be the SP... I used to have horrible periods until i started WU then it started to balance my hormones and my periods got much better. however, i added SP last month and my most recent period was one of the weirdest and most painful i've ever had. i'm not entirely sure it was the SP, but i'm not willing to risk that again so i'm dropping it. good luck with your NBE, hope you find out what works for you :)
I was like that,, periods were worse on NBE than off. I added wild Yam to NBe mix,, cause wild Yam is suppose help decrese inflammation (in the ovary area). It helped big time!! I wouldn't use Epo,, It may hinder any brest growth cause it reduces breast tenderness and swelling,,, there was a post about this a very long time ago.
