Can any one tell me which herbs I can buy from walmart and the remaining from the website and...how do they[online people] send the herbs through UPS or what? I buy Borage Oil & Saw Palmetto from Walmart but they have many others too, depends on what you plan on using.
If you buy online they will ship your order to your address via UPS, USPS, etc depending on where you're buying from. Not everyone ships to a PO Box so check that before you place your order.
