Hey Tap, I read that you said you were taking a very potenized form of vitex in an extract form. Do you mean liquid? Could you tell me what brand you used and how much of it you took a day? Thanks!

Hi katrina.. the vitex I had was a liquid extract/tincture, i think 1:1. I got it from the local herbalist... so no brand name. Herbalists charge an arm and leg for extracts ($40/200ml). It tasted amazingly bad but the results were really good. I take a liquid extract capsule now, the brand is "Golden Glow" (australian company).. one capsule is the equilalent of 1000mg dried herb.

I there again... i take 1000mg vitex 3 times daily (liquid extract). Actually last night i wanted to try something different for my massage so I bit a hole in the vitex capsule and squeezed it out(brown thick goo) on my nips for massage... it smelt like berries!! Didn;t get any tingles or anything,,, but it's fun to experiment sometimes.. I also take 500mg of wild yam with each dose.
