Hi all! I'm new to this forum and I'm going to be trying Eve's program but I'm trying to find everything I need. Can someone tell me, is Soya milk the same as Soy milk? Probably a dumb question but I'm clueless. :)

soy milk and soya milk are the same thing, but there are lots of brands and some are better than other so you might want to have a look around
