If it immediately plumped the breasts then we must search for the miracle ingredient!

i tried st herb instant creme, it made them swell a tiny tiny bit, and they went a bit rosy in colour i think it's ment to irritate them by the looks of it. and it is alot to pay because you only get an incy wincy itty bitty tiny little tube lol. but have a go it mite work better for you xxx

I tried it and yes it immediately plumped the breasts, but it really didn't last too long, about an hour and a half, that's all. I don't think I could recommend it because it just doesn't last long enough.

Can anyone think of the ingredient that causes so much swelling?

I tried one of those instant creams and for me the effect did just about last for the 3 hours as claimed. However I agree with Elle, it's an expensive thing to do. In fact if you use it frequently it gets REALLY expensive. In addition to the cost, I found it tended to stain my bras which was a bit off putting. I can't remember what the ingredients were, but it obviously included something that caused stains.
