Hi! I just ordered wonderup...Its a general question but do u think these herbal process is all a scam? Am i being stupid getting my hopes up?

Ive been using Wonderup since September with additionl fennel, nettle root and 2 x 550mg Fenugreek before bed.
Although my process has been quite slow i have gained half a cup size, but then agagin this could be due to the extra herbs anyway.
