difference between fish oil or flax?January 21 2007 at 5:13 PM | snowfalling (Login snowdropsfalling) |
| I now have both but was wondering if I could take one of each 3 times daily making 6 pills. I see fish oil has dha and epa which flax oil does not but the fish oil does not list the percentages of omegas so I was wondering if that was because it has less? |

hi, i'm sure it's different for everyone. i've tried both. fish oil never gave me any problems, even taking it 2-3 x daily. taking 2-3 capsules of flexseed oil however, made me break out. now am only taking flax once daily. so maybe you should try one of each, that way you get all of the omegas you're looking for. good luck! |

Thanks I will try that. I looked into it more and found within omega 3s there are different types of them in different types of food. |

Flax seed oil has been recommended by the Wonder Up company. They said it dirrected growth where you want it,, breasts, and not on the hips, I guess. It also has estrogenic properties,, which would make it better for NBE. Do a forum search on flax seed oil and also check out info section on herbs. |
