I know you are probably sick of all the vitex questions, so I apologize ~ I am almost positive that this questions hasn't been asked yet though (at least I hope)
Upon realizing that vitex kicked in, did you notice your larger side increase before the smaller side did? The reason I ask, is for that past few days all my pains are in my bigger boob, even though I am not stimulating it at all, deep deep aches, and not quite as deep aches on the smaller side. To my dismay my bigger one I am pretty sure either grew or swelled, because its back to looking bigger. My smaller one still looks really good, just not as big or full, but def. didn't shrink this time (yipee).
If anyone else might have an answer, its more then welcome. I just know faery has been on vitex for a while and has had lopsided boob syndrome before!!!
I know the message was addressed to Faery but I've been on Vitex for almost a month and I'm having the opposite reaction. I get the "feeling" of growth in both breasts however, I've noticed more of the pains are happening in my smaller (left) breast. And after reading a lot of the massage posts, I decided to give it a try and it turns out that my smaller one was lumpier than my right one which makes a lot of sense for me. Possibly the left one didn't catch up with the right one because there was more components blocking its growth. But back to the orignal point, I feel that I feel the majority of pains in my smaller breast so far. So maybe everyone has a bit of a different reaction to Vitex?
Congrats on your progress with Vitex. I would like to know if you are on any type of Birth control (pills, patch, IUD, rod etc.). Just wondering if Vitex works better for people not using BC. Any thoughts ???
I don't know about Faery, but I'm currently not on BC. I used to be on Yasmin for about a year and I was gaining weight from it and it didn't make my breasts grow. One of the reasons I decided to try Vitex was for its wonderful abilty to balance the hormones after BC use. But everyone has a different reaction to BC.

The reason I am asking about BC is because I am taking Vitex along with WU, and I have an IUD. Have checked with Pharmacy and was told that Vitex won't interfere with my BC but wanted to know if anyone here is getting good results with Vitex, even though they are on BC, or if it is only the non-BC ladies that are having the growth with Vitex. I mainly started using Vitex after reading that it may help with hormonal acne which I get each month from the IUD (not bad but enough to be a bit annoying). Seems to be helping acne a bit - have been on Vitex nearly two months now. Anyone on BC getting growth with Vitex?????
By the time I started taking vitex, my small side had already caught up pretty well, so not sure how to answer your question henri. They both seem to be filling out at the same rate just now.
Lol, it is said that one in 20 women have one breast larger than the other but I think that the real stats are actually higher ;-P~
Am not on BCP. Was sterilised 10 years ago. I did try all sorts of BCP's for 15 years before that time though. None of them made me grow or cleared my skin probs.
Interesting thing though.......my daughter started BCP 2 years ago and went from flat to a 34C almost immediately. She decided to stop taking it a few months ago and has now deflated back to being flat again.......lol.......and is gutted about this. I think she is gonna restart again just to get her boobs back.
Nooooo!! You misunderstand. She was on birth control pills.....not NBE. When she stopped her pill she lost all her size. In fact she is complaining about boob pains since she shrunk. She has not taken NBE herbs or anything.
Thanks Faery. I'll just wait and see if they even themselves out. They were starting to look even not too long ago and then it just seems like my left one decided to run ahead again. The difference in size fluctuates between 1/4 to 1/2 inch, so its not too drastic, and like I said they starting evening out, so I'll just have to wait for them to do it again.
I am not on BC. Haven't been for a few years now, probably 3years. Whilst on BC, can't say my boobs grew at all, but I never really paid any attention. The more I thik about it, I do remember a few months after stopping getting some smaller bras, but attributed that to the weight loss I had around that time. So who knows.
that statistic has to be wrong. hardly anything is identical in size. that statistic has to be higher. or there were a lot of insecure fibbers. i think assymetrical breasts are the norm. good luck.

I just wondered if you would mind telling us the name of the BCP that your daughter had a breast increase with. I know that different brand names have different effects. I'd like to try it if I don't get a result from vitex.
ALso, did your daughter have inch gain in other areas? I've heard of BCP increasing breast size in women who already have large boobs, but rarely in women who are flat - so would love to hear from you.
...Also, adding to the vitex chat - I recently read (fraid I can't remember with webpage) that vitex increases estradiol in women - is that a new finding? - not heard it mentioned on here, sorry if you all know.
WIsh I could find the page, as I know it sounds unconvincing.
The progesteronic effects are well written about - but not heard this - and it's possibly the estrogen which is important for breast growth....

Women with the large breasts had higher estradiol levels. Also consistent with what we hear about progesterone - women with smaller hips had higher progesterone levels.
She had been taking microgynon 30. It did however cause her to gain weight all over. Not drastically or anything. But she lost the weight as well as the boobs when she stopped taking it.
I took microgynon for years and years and it gave me no boobs and no weight gain whatsoever.
Just an update ~ want to let you know that since I posted this message my right/small boob has jump started and is catching up. I would say that now I have a 1/4-1/8 of an inch to go before its even, which is down from 3/4- 1/2 inch to go!!!! I am not sure if its the vitex or the massaging or what, but I am excited and hope it continues to grow!!!!
