As much as I would love to gain in size, I'm really more interested in lifting and filling out the top of my breasts for now. Ever since my pregnancy they've fallen. Most of they're volume is gone, they're saggy, long and falt. I'm afraid increasing the size will make them droop further south. I want to restore some of their firmness. Any suggestions?
Push ups. They will give you an uplift and define that upper chest area. Try them against the wall or a counter top to reduce the effort. About 1 to 3 sets of 20 reps a day and you will see some improvement. It may not get you everything you want, but it will give you some improvement.
Massage! My right breast was just as you described (for some reason it took all the brunt of delactation! is that a word? lol) Specifically the part of massage on Pansyclub's where you do the strokes over the top while holding up the bottom. I've been doing about 400 of those a day (200 in morning, 200 at night) on just my right breast and it's really starting to fill out now. It sounds like a lot but it only takes about 4 minutes. Good luck!!
Thanks for the responses, I have another theory to add, let me know if this sounds silly.
Most of our growth occurs when we sleep right? I'm wondering if sleeping in a position where my breasts "flop upwards" (not sure how else to say it!)towards my face wont help them grow in that direction? It seems logical that more blood would circulate up top and more fat would deposit there that way. It might be awkward to sleep with most of my lower body elevated, but it could work and besides imagine how awkward it must be to sleep with the Brava on! Just an idea, any thoughts? Thanks again.
Whitney,
I would not advise sleeping with your feet elevated above your head. That is a good recipe for gastric reflux and sinus congestion. There would be little circulation benefits to your breasts and a lot of potentially negative impact to the rest of you health as well as comfort.
You might try sleeping in a bra. This would physically shape your breasts while you sleep. If you chose a bra that was not too constrictive you would not interfere with circulation. Tigerlily spoke of her use of a bra that pushed her breasts upward and how she would reshape them within the bra several times a day.
While sleeping with the brava on is uncomfortable, (i have been doing it for little mud four wks now), do you know the type of headache you will get with more alone rushing to your head? i did that once on a camping trip. mistakenly situated my cot on a slight incline with my legs higher than my head. i had one doozy of headache. good luck, though.
I have considered the bra idea, but I hate wearing a bra, especially after those fibrocysts a few years back. I'm thinking about using those adhesive stick on bras (available at most specialty ligerie stores).
As far elevating my feet above my head, it's actually good for me because I have Edema (fluid retention in the calves, swoolen feet and ankles). Elevating my feet above my head is the most commonly recommended treatment for edema. Thanks for your input ladies, it's so nice to have people to turn to for free advice!
