soetimes i think wonder up is working and some times i think it isnt. the initial growth under the nipple is all i got so far. everything else seems to be luteal swelling and now that im on my periods it gone...... ggrrrrr..... the thing is i get massive pains all month in both breasts which make me believe w u is working for me. the only times my pain stops is when i start periods. then pains begin again straight after i finish.....where is the bloody growth!!! im on my third bottle if i dont see a difference/fullness/growth/a wobble even!!! this month then i shall be very very annoyed!

no im taking 3 saw palmetto a day and 2 capsules of vitex

i remember faerycat talking about her yo yo breasts but she could afford to change her program cos he had grown to a reasonable size before she made that change...i cant afford to change program...wot if i lose it all??? not taking that risk....

cutevelvet, just hang in there, everyone says it might take three months to start seeing results and you said you already saw some growth even though just a little. i would say give it four month and if you don't see anything change your routine.
take a look at your dieat also, because if you're not getting enough nutrient you might not grow or just grow very slowly

id say stick with it for another month also... and then if there isnt change (not just in the tape measure, but in what you see and feel) then maybe try what faerycat did and cut back slowly on the wu to see if maybe the vitex is what is causing your pains...

Sounds to me like everything is going as supposed to. You got growth (eyes, even if small) in first three months? You are among the luckiest.

It sounds as if the SP is causing your pains. I could go and take a dose right now and be guaranteed to have pains and itches within the hour. Have been there and tried that and although it felt good *cheesy grin* I didn't think it made any difference to the programme. Yet some girls swear that SP makes them grow. Who knows, hey......we are all different.

Have to agree with everyone else. Give it another month or so and see how things are. If you don't get any more growth, then cut back on the WU and up your vitex. I take 1600mg a day which is the recommended dosage for the particular product that I'm using.

Ok, stupid question. Is "wot" a british slang spelling for "what" or is it internet talk? Reason I ask, is because I see it here often and it drives me nuts cuz it sounds funny said out loud.

Anyhow, to the OP, try your herbs for another month, then consider a liver cleanse, and start over with higher doses or up the vitex and taper down the WU. I'm currently on a week's break and liver cleansing because I haven't had any activity in the past few weeks.

hey i no exactly where you are coming from i had the same but then the growth started properly in the last month (month 4-5) try to be patient breasts take time to develop it seems to be rare on here that NBE works perfectly in three months. and you have pains and some changes so far, that is brilliant! you are doing really well because you are responding, i think you should carry on for a few more months :o) xxx
