Did anyone experience pains like this??

Hello ladies, I have a question. My pains feel sort of differently of late, not the usual quick stabs or persisting but located soreness, but a lot more dispersed throughout the boobs and more in the depth, almost like a pressure. Often it becomes more expressed when I lean forwards, caugh or swallow. I do still get the usual pains, but very little, and also tingles and sensitive nipples. But I'm not sure if these sensations, particulary the pressure-like pains are actually boob growing pains. Anyone experienced anything similar?

I can't say if your new pains are booby growing pains or not, do keep an eye on how you feel though to be safe.
My boobs feel different since I've thrown a red clover capsule into my program. They feel more tingly now whereas last month they were mostly just sore and occasionly itchy. Also occasionly I feel pains under my arms which seems alarming, but I've heard of other women getting that.
Is the pressure in your boobs or in your general chest area?

Hey Moon ~ I have been getting "pressure" pains in my boobs for a little over a month now. It feels like its really deep, pushing out. Mine seem to stay all day, it just varies on the depth of pressure I feel. I haven't noticed it increasing while coughing or swallowing, but did notice it seems to allievate some when my bra is off. My measurements have gone up about 1/2 inch, actually a little more, but think some might be swelling. When I started feeling the pressure I measured 32 1/2, and currently my measurements are 33 1/8. Don't know if its really growth "pressure" or what.

The pressure-like sensations are pains, they jsut feel kind of like pressure. They aren't as strong as alarming. They are in the boobs, but a few times I even had them outside of the boobs, like under them (kind of weird) and also in the armpits. I have them without wearing a bra as I never wear it at home.

growing pains?

hmmmm...Maybe you are getting a good growth spurt. Wouldn't that be nice?
There was one day where my chest felt hot and prickly with what felt to me like when my milk came in when I breast fed, but of course this time that didn't happen, it just felt like it did. It may have been a sudden rush of blood going to my breasts now that I think back on it, but I thought it was very strange. I have also noticed more veins on my breasts now, though they don't look significantly any different to me, maybe just a tiny bit rounder looking since I started BE. I get lots of sensations though, which is what is encouraging me.

Yeah, that would be nice, but I don't expect so, I know I shouldn't be that pessimistic, but oh well, cause I haven't grown at all so far and I never had a lot of pains, except for a while after I added ginko biloba, but then they subsided unfortunately. From then on I only have as much as some pains. And I've actually had these pressure pains longer, not just recently, for about a month and a half, only that at the beggining there were less of them and more of the usual pains but now it's more of the pressure pains. I dunno, I hope sth is happening. Thanks for answering! I hope I get input from some more others.

Hi Moon! It's always been elusive to me how so many of us feel different sensations along the way. My most frequent sensation is really more of a deep ache. My nipples are also much more sensitive now. These sensations are transient too. And some days I feel nothing at all. I always panic when that happens, and immediately try to clear my mind. Somehow I've come to think that if I get to where I feel constant aches or sensations, then I might be on the threshold of some amazing growth spurt. I think you might be on the verge of a growth spurt also. It's a bit time taxing, but if you have the time, maybe you should start a nbe journal. Write down absolutely everything you do daily. This includes supplements; timing of your supplements; food intake; any add-ons like massage or protein shakes; heat; any sensations you may have felt; sleep patterns, etc. Again, it might be tedious, but worth doing to hone down more accurately what is working and what is not. Here's to a boobie spurt month for you!

Hi Organic Angel! Actually I do write a NBE journal, I describe the signs I have everyday and everything that might be NBE related. It is helpful indeed especially when you need to determine which change you made was responsible for some effect. So I guess people get different pains and signs, so these I'm getting are probably growing pains as well. If they were only more frequent, unfortunately I haven't managed to find a combination that would make me sore all the time, but I've already odered some herbs I haven't tried before and will be trying them in and out one by one.

Pain for me has gone like this...VERY sore the first week, then the soreness tapered off about half way, so now just mild to medium soreness depending on the day. Deep shooting pains off an on, usually just in one side at a time. I think I notice pains moreso in my larger side, but just when I'm wondering what's up with smaller righty some pains on that side will kick in too. I think my nipples are a bit sore too. Nothing serious, but I do notice more discomfort than normal. Gosh, our poor mates! It's difficult to relay to my hubby that when he touches me there right now it's about as much of a turn-on as being poked in the eyeball! lol :-)

Don't put off seeing a Doctor too long, a simple blood test could tell you if anything bad is going on. My sister just got treated for breast cancer, successfully, after ignoring signs for 2 years. Don't take any chances it might be something happening in parallel or nothing at all, why worry? Get checked out.
