My name is Ashley. For awhile now Ive been looking to do something for myself. For many years Ive been the butt of jokes, such as "youre so flat you could land a plane on your chest." I took them with a grain of salt and moved about my life. However, there is just something so feminine and right about breasts, that no woman should go without. They shouldnt be the focus of people's lives or decisions about you, but you have the right to feel sexy, fit your clothing, and show off a little. There is nothing wrong with saying, 'heck yes they look good!' However, how to go about it. Ive read a lot on your site already...and on many others. Ive considered the idea of implants, of brava, of herbs, etc. Im no newbie to the idea, but you all have had your experiances and ups and downs and Id like to learn from them!
Thank you for your time. Im looking forward to talk ing to all of you!
i imagine if she's 18 she might be talking about high school. i used to get those comments. 'you need calamine lotion for those mosquito bites, flat as board, a training bra would be too big for you.' and then the back handed compliment. 'you are so lucky to be so flat chested, you can wear whatever you want without a bra. not me, i always need something to hold these up' ugh. people can be cruel and immature. check our the 'newcomers start here' and 'personal program pages'links on main page.

i don't understand.. I am flat and I'm always using a bra(padded most of the time or one with a b cup even if I am A so that they look bigger). I mean, it's not like boobs are a place for everyone to see. You can make them look bigger...
Well, it started in highschool. Wasnt such a big deal in junior high because it was natural to still be developing. Once highschool came though, most people were further along than I was. Funny thing is, when I moved the school told me the curriculum wasnt the same as my previous school and I must repeat.(that was 7th) So I should have a year on my classmates! So yeah, Im actually a Senior instead of college frosh. Most of those comments made were Freshman year, when I was in a class of all guys (aside from me) - welding - and they of course, were all very immature. I tolerated it though, since I was just one of the guys anyway and they all were pretty cruel towards one another as well.
I wouldnt say Im ridiculously flat, but definetly not even a full A. I actually wear a 32A pushup gel bra...so what people see is actually a handful more than I really am! lol, and I dont get any comments anymore...mostly because of my personality. These days I wouldnt tolerate a snide comment like that. Of course, because of my petite size, I do get those comments on how lucky I am. Im so thin (I actually wish I had a little more meat on my bones), or I can ride a horse without them bouncing painfully, etc.
Problem with wearing a bra misfitted, is the fact that its horribly uncomfortable, and if anyone saw me braless on a lazy day to the grocery store..theyd be able to tell. The whole point is to feel and look natural and real!
To finish off my huge post, I wanted to share a website I found with herbs and whatnot. I order some through them for my horses (arnica montana flowers for shock and injury). Its mountainroseherbs DOT com
Thanks again!

Some people can make those kind of remarks and really not know it can be hurtful.

I have to agree, alot of people make comments on being thin and tiny and think its a compliment, but its no more then a compliment to a larger person telling them they look like a beached whale!!!
To answer your question though on what to do, I would suggest first and foremost start massaging if you aren't already. I know alot of people like cocoa butter and they use a carrier oil, such as vit. e, olive oil, emu oil, epo (evening primrose oil) and on and on it goes. Some also make up there own batters. A few of us have tried different creams, but I think the majority of us haven't had too much luck with them. There are a couple massage methods on the main page, worth checking out!!! And then of course heat applied for circulation, there is a recent thread on that.
As for a program, all I can suggest is to check out the personal programs page, found on the main menu. The rest is really up to you, and what you decide to try. Most of NBE is trial and error, what works for some doesn't work for everyone, so its a guessing game. You should give everything at least 3 months before deciding it doesn't work, and if you do single herbs introduce them individually so if you have a reaction you'll know which one did it. I think the main combo pills right now are Wonderup and Natureday ~ but again some have luck, and other don't.
I know this doesn't help to much, but at least do some reading of the programs and then ask some more questions you might have.

Ive grown fairly comfortable with my size. I just bought Carmen Electras Striptease workout Disc 1. Look like fun, not the same old boring stuff. I also have one of the workout balls, and do yoga. Im thinking of doing a whole- just improve the way I feel- regimen. Im tiny but not fit in the least. I want to tone up b/c I know when I work out, afterwords I feel go and accomplished. I feel stronger and refreshed. Im looking in to what herbs I want to try, because hopefully those will perk me up some too.
I get sick a lot and am mildly anemic...so I want to combo my booby-growers with some good-for-all-of-me stuff too. I think just balancing my hormones will get me off to a good start.
I appreciate your comments, and will continue to check out this site. Ive looked at the progress pictures and am quite impressed with you ladies! It seems to take some time, but everything natural does. Its worth it though, in my opinion. Im looking forward to getting started. I know my boyfriend is all for it! lol not just because I might grow a nice chest, but he thinks its something good to do for myself, and will affect me all over in a positive way. And I got him to agree to working out with me too, and cutting off all the junk we eat!
And as for Henri...your post WAS helpful. I know you all dont have all the answers, and I still trying things out...but this board offers a lot of support and help. Its encouragement that keeps people going! And you ladies sure give it. Thanks again.
let me know how you like that carmen electra workout! i have heard that those are getting pretty popular...
i just got the t-tapp book. not to lose weight or dress sizes, but because i like new workouts. i get bored SO fast... so let me know how you are liking the carmen electra one!!
good luck with all of your quests... feeling good is what this is all about!
I havent begun the routine yet, but I watched the entire DvD so I knew what I was getting into. It looks pretty fun. She explains all the moves, runs through the routine, and does it again more fastpaced. For some things, one of the girls with her (3 of them in all) shows you the modified version if you arent super flexible. Ill try this one out, and if I liked it all get the other four...I found a deal on them at overstock dot com.
